The Manor of Coleshill owes its history to the War of the Roses and in particular to the Battle of Bosworth Field, Leicestershire. The land at Coleshill was given to the Digby family in reward for their loyalty and support of Henry Tudor at the decisive battle.
Nothing now survives of the original buildings in the park dating from that time but surveys show a mixture of buildings, one of which is thought to have been an armoury.
Today, a modern functional storage or workshop facility has been constructed consisting of a single storey industrial unit of 1,430.00 sq ft (132.84 sq m) set in a secure fenced compound capable of holding 60 motor vehicles. The compound measures 1,620.00 sqft (150.00 sqm). There is also a small external office building of 220.00 sqft (20.43 sqm).
