Every manor house of note had a walled garden and Coleshill Manor is no exception. Original fruit and vegetable plots have been replaced by newly built studio style self contained office suites retaining the charm and the calm of a landscaped garden.

Six, light, airy, stylish office suites overlooking a central garden have been designed ranging in size from 1,018 ~ 1,457 sqft (94.57 ~ 135.35 sqm). To meet larger requirements it is possible to combine two suites. All office suites have their own individual exclusive front door and allocated parking for employees and visitors is adjacent.

The Gardens has a total of 33 allocated parking spaces and additional visitor parking.
