Coleshill Manor Office Campus is set to become a benchmark of site security surpassing previous standards set by other office and business parks. Entrance to the campus will be through a private drive with security barrier systems manned 24 hours per day and complemented by video monitoring of vehicle movements.

State of the art CCTV security systems will operate across the parkland and buildings and car parks are monitored 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, within the onsite security suite.

Tenants wishing to install additional CCTV systems within office suites will be able to link into the park’s own monitoring service.
